注册萨摩亚公司的流程

客户需提供的资料

需要注册的公司名称：英文为准，中文为辅；

公司各成员的身份证明文件：护照或身份证，扫描件；

公司各位成员的地址证明文件：银行账单，电话账单，驾驶执照等，扫描件。

办理过程：

客户提供上述资料；

签订委托协议；

收取办理费用订金（所有注册费用50%）；

申请注册文件；

客户签署注册文件；

我方在15个工作日完成新公司注册。

萨摩亚公司注册完成后为顾客提供以下资料

Certificate of Incorporation 公司注册证书；

original of Memorandum and Articles of Association 2本正本公司章程；

copies of Memorandum and Articles of Association 6本副本公司章程；

Appointment by the Subscriber of the First Director 首任董事委任证书；

Register of Directors and Officers 董事和官员登记册；

Share Register 股份登记册；

Memorandum of the First Director in Lieu of Board Minutes 首任董事会议记录；

Consent to Act as Director 董事委任同意书；

Consent to Act as Secretary 秘书委任同意书；

Application for Share(s) 股份申请书；

A booklet of Share Certificates 股票册；

Corporate Seal and chop 公司钢印和长形签名章。
